The Zweibrücken Fashion Outlet offers its guests the whole world of fashion in one place. Whether French chic, Italian sophistication or hip must-haves: the international fashion destination is characterised by a versatile selection of the most diverse styles at a fashionably high level. More than 120 fashion premium brands, from sportswear to business and trend labels, offer their collections from the previous season at year-round reduced prices compared to the former manufacturer's recommended retail price. On a sales area of 21,000 square metres, 120 attractive boutiques with trendy fashion and lifestyle products are lined up next to each other.
EXTENSIVE REDESIGN AND MODERNISATION.
In 2019, the entire outlet centre was modernised and architecturally upgraded. For example, the central squares in the mall were redesigned from the ground up, over 80 trees were planted, the centre was given a friendlier colour scheme, inviting rest and linger zones were integrated, floor coverings were optimised and much more. A highlight is the new children's playground, which structurally picks up on the two historic buildings of the city of Zweibrücken - the Fasanerie and the Karlskirche - and our breastfeeding room for (expectant) parents and children. The modernisation also focused on sustainability: together with Pfalzwerke, car charging stations were implemented in the centre. The electricity required for this comes 100 per cent from renewable energy sources and the entire lighting of the outlet centre was converted to LED. Electricity consumption was reduced by 13 percent as a result.
The Zweibrücken Fashion Outlet is part of a successful conversion project in Rhineland-Palatinate and is located on the site of the former NATO airport. More than 1,255 people are employed in retail, gastronomy, services and administration on the centre site. The outlet centre, which has been in existence for 19 years, has made a name for itself as an upscale shopping destination characterised by internationality. The proximity to France and Luxembourg contributes to the cosmopolitan flair and international visitor structure. Located in the heart of the Southwest Palatinate, directly on the A8 motorway, exit 34 "Contwig", Germany's largest outlet centre presents itself as the top destination during a travel stay in the region.
The successfully established adventure shopping destination impresses with quality, personality and perfect service. 2,900 free parking spaces ensure a relaxed arrival. Guests are treated to culinary delights in five restaurants and cafés, including a vinotheque, and the outdoor terraces invite you to enjoy the special atmosphere on warm days. Green areas and many quiet zones in the shopping streets contribute to the excellent quality of stay.
